On-Line Coordinator … to communicate with all Junior Coaches, Team Managers and Senior Captains to ensure all Players are registered and all games are entered online before Sunday 12pm.
Early in the season this role is busy, however it is only the responsibility of the online coordinator to ensure they or someone they appoint inputs the game day data.(league provides training at the start of the year)
Vice President… This role involves being more hands on around the club with an eye to helping and perhaps becoming President in the future or helping guide a new President.Attending League Meetings
Sponsorship Manager…this role involves communicating with the Secretary and sourcing sponsorship from within and outside the club.
This role is busy before the season starts.
Junior Coordinator.. This role involves computer skills and communication between Team Managers, Coaches, Merchandise Manager, Secretary and President. Attending League meetings, (2 last year) Most work is completed at the start of the year.
It may require consulting over any concerns with parents.
